Welcome to UNO+CBE Champions | Laying the Foundation for Success!

This is a micro course is designed to empower you as a leader in bringing Competency-Based Education (CBE) to UNO. Together, we are enhancing our educational model to ensure relevance, access, and real-world impact. While our current structure remains essential, CBE offers an additional pathway to success that is a mastery-driven, flexible, and personalized.

As a CBE Champion, you’ll gain essential knowledge about the foundations of CBE, explore the vision behind the UNO+CBE initiative, and learn how to fulfill your role within our collaborative infrastructure project. We are excited to have you on board as we expand our teaching and learning model to better serve every learner’s potential. Welcome to the beginning of something transformative for our students and community!
