Wireless Internet Connection at UNO

Campus WiFi is available campus-wide to every student. Use your UNO email address and password to log in to eduroam. Learn more on the UNO Network - Wi-fi web page.

Individual Identifiers at UNO

Your NUID and NetID are two separate and unique identifiers assigned to you during the application and admission processes. They allow you to access a variety of different accounts, online systems, and services, and will be used throughout your entire enrollment at UNO.

NUID: Nebraska Unique Identification | This is your eight-digit identification number (ex: 12345678). This remains the same across the University of Nebraska system. To access your eight-digit NUID and claim your identity, visit TrueYou Self-Service.
NetID: UNO-specific Identification | This is your username composed of a combination of your first and last name (ex: John Smith = jsmith). Your NetID is specific only to UNO. To access your NetID and change your password, visit Reset your Password on the UNO TrueYou page.
The MavCARD is your official ID and debit card for UNO. Once you receive it, be sure to keep it with you. Check out everything your MavCARD can do on the MavCARD web page.

MavLINK

MavLINK is UNO's student information system. It allows you access to many online services across campus related to your enrollment including courses, grades, tuition payments, holds, and more. Use your NUID and password to access MavLINK at mavlink.unomaha.edu.

Microsoft 365

Every student will receive an email account through Microsoft 365. Students can access products such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel by using their student email to log in at Microsoft 365.

Use your NetID and password to access email at mail.unomaha.edu.
